Shipping policy
- Free shipping is available to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, and Japan.
- For other supported countries and regions, orders of US$49 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below US$49 have a US$5 shipping fee.
US, UK and EU delivery
Orders are dispatched from local warehouses within 2 calendar days of order placement and delivered within 5 calendar days of order placement. Both periods start when the order is placed.
- We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
- If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
